Austad's Golf online orders ship via UPS.
Overnight shipments will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after departing Austad's Golf. 2-Day Air shipments arrive two business days after departing Austad's Golf. Shipping delays may occur during busy holidays or in the spring -- we will do our best to accommodate last minute and expedited orders placed during these times.
Orders placed by 12pm CST Monday-Friday will ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm CST will ship out the following business day. For instance an order placed after 12pm CST on a Friday will ship out the following Monday.
Some products are subject to shipping restrictions because of size or weight and may be delayed because of these reasons.
Shipping Rates
PO Box orders are not eligible for shipment with our preffered carriers.
The domestic shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Our online shopping system will automatically apply shipping rates based on your order amount and method of choice, allowing you to see the total cost of your order prior to submitting it and obtaining an Order Number.

Contiguous U.S. Shipping Rates (Oversize Packages):
Oversize packages include all golf bags, golf carts, package golf sets and junior sets. UPS charges a premium to ship large packages.

Estimated Delivery Times
Austad's Golf is centrally located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Most items ship directly from our Sioux Falls warehouse and average 3-5 business days for Ground delivery once the order has left our facility. See the map below for estimated ground shipping delivery times for your area for in stock items. Please note that some items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer and may have a longer delivery timeframe.
Additional Shipping Information
Austad's currently does not ship to the following U.S. States and territories: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa or Saipan.
Austad's currently only ships within the United States.
Orders to APO or FPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Holiday Shipping
There are several days throughout the year that UPS considers a holiday and does not ship orders. If your order is placed on or is in transit during the following holidays, please expect your package to be delayed one business day:

Sales Tax
Austad's Golf operates retail establishments in select states, therefore we are required by state law to collect sales tax on merchandise or merchandise plus shipping and handling. This tax is sent to the requisite state government, not held by Austad's Golf. The following states require us to collect sales tax:
